Payments & Refund Policy

  • Project-based services (such as web design, web development, translation, and copywriting) follow milestone-based payments. An initial 50% advance may be required to start a project.
  • Since payments are collected upfront, all payments are non-refundable.
  • For SEO and marketing retainers, services will continue until the end of the paid month and will not renew thereafter.
  • For project-based services, work will stop immediately upon cancellation.
  • No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has renewed or once website design/development work has started.
  • Any additional features, edits, or add-ons requested beyond the agreed package will be subject to extra charges.
  • Renoha Infotech reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if invoices remain unpaid for more than 7 days after billing.
